I’ve gone through every single boygroup listed on kprofiles and found every former JYP boy I could, tracked their debut and progress in JYP and then listed where they ended up (If we ever found out).

I started in 2000 because it seems like looking for any more than two decades worth of trainees is a little absurd.

Just like last time, let me know if I missed anyone or you have a timeline for the unknown trainees!

2000

    Rain (18) joins JYP as a trainee

2001

    Jo Kwon (12) joins JYP during the 99% Challenge auditions

2002

    Rain debuts with the song Bad Boy

2004

    Minjun (16) joins JYP

    Jay Park (17) joins JYP from global auditions in the US

2006

    Nichkhun is recruited at a music festival in Los Angeles and begins training.

    Taecyeon (17) auditions for JYP in New York and soon moves to Korea to participate in Superstar Survival

    Junho (16) joined jyp to participate in Superstar Survival, he placed 1st

    Chansung (16) joined to participate in Superstar Survival, but did not win

2007

    Wooyoung (18) wins the first JYP annual auditon

    Rain leaves JYP

2008

    Shownu (16) Auditions for JYP

    Seulong (21) joins JYP to participate in the show Hot Blood

    Jinwoon (17) participates in the show Hot Blood

    Changmin (22) participates in the show Hot Blood

    2PM debuts with 10 out of 10

    2AM debuts with This song

2009

    JB (15) and Jinyoung (15) joined JYP after being tied for first place in the 5th JYP open recruitment

    J-Hope (15) auditions in the same recruitment, but did not pass

2010

    YoungK (17) was in a band called 3rd Degree and was contacted by JYP to join the company

    Bambam (13) joins JYP after winning a competition to get his mom a dinner with Rain

    Chan (13) auditioned and they liked him so much they went to his house to evaluate him a second time

    Wonpil (16) passed his audition and Sungjin (17) passed his audition

    Peniel (17) auditioned in the US by doing three poses because he didnt want to sing

    Hui (17) took first place for male vocalists at his audition

    Mark (17) is casted in the US and passed auditions in August

    Yugyeom (13) was scouted at his cousins dance academy

    Sungwoon (17) passes the 6th round auditions

    Yook Sungjae (15) enters 6th round auditions but does not make

    Jackson (17) is scouted but Has to place in the youth olympics to join, a deal he made with his parents. He takes gold

    After a scandal, Jay Park leaves JYP and korea to return to the United States

2011

    Jackson moves to korea in July

    Youngjae (17) (bap), H.O (16) audition and join JYP

    Chan leaves for Korea in April

    Shownu teaches Chan how to make ramen

    Chan and bambam play hide and seek with their hyung Sungjin

    Shownu leaves JYP and joins Starship

2012

    Jae (20) passed auditions in LA for Kpop Star and after elimination was signed on with JYP

    Donghyun (14) passes the 9th recruitment and joins JYP

    Mark got into a fight with Hui, JB and Youngjae all at once, with YoungK translating between mark and the others

    Peniel leaves JYP and Joins Cube, Youngjae joins TS, H.O joins J.Tune Camp, Hui goes to China

    JB and Jinyoung debut in JJ Project with the song Bounce

    Youngjae debuts in B.A.P with the song Warrior

    Peniel and Sungjae debut in BTOB with the song Insane

2013

    Youngjae (17) auditions and passes

    Kino (15) joins JYP

    GOT7 is formed as a 6 member group with JB, Jinyoung, Jackson, Mark, Youngjae and Yugyeom

    Bambam is scheduled to debut with Chan at a later date, but impresses JYP at a showcase and is added to GOT7

   Shownu debuts as a backup dancer

2014

    Byeongkwan (18) passes jyp auditions,

    Yuchan (17) auditions later and passes, soon being introduced to Byeongkwan

    Yuto (16) (Pentagon) joins JYP

    Ravn (19) joins JYP after passing the 12th auditions together. Ravn placed 2nd.

    JYP forms a band called 5Live with YoungK, Junhyeok, Jae, Sungjin and Wonpil

    Got7 debut with Girls Girls Girls

    H.O debut in Madtown with the song YOLO

    Sungwoon debuts in Hotshot with the song Take a Shot

2015

    Jisung (15) joined JYP after training at D.E.F academy

    Dowoon (20) joins JYP after they open auditions for a band

    Daehwi (14) passes JYP global auditions in the US

    Woojin (AB6IX) (16) auditions and joins JYP

    Chan and Yuchan show up as backups in a twice MV

    Chan shows up as a backup in a Miss A MV

    Day6 debut with Congratulations

    Shownu debuts in Monsta X with the song Trespass

    Byeongkwan and Yuchan leave JYP to join Beat Interactive

    Yuto and Kino leave JYP and join Cube

2016

    Jeongin (15) Hyunjin (16), Changbin (17) join, in that order

    Felix (17) passes auditions in Australia but stays behind to finish school

    Woojin (19), Allen (17) and Yuto (17) (ONF) join JYP

    Seungmin (20) (Golden Child) joins JYP

    Chan, Jisung and Changbin form 3RACHA

    Hui, Kino and Yuto debut in Pentagon with the song Gorilla

    Daehwi leaves JYP and joins Brand New Music, Seungmin joins Wollim *Despite having no date, its presumed Donghyun and Woojin leave with Daehwi. Woong leaves sometime before 2017

2017

    Felix arrives in Korea

    Seungmin (17) auditions , Lee know (19) and him join JYP in that order

    Yuto leaves JYP and joins WM

    Yun Seobin joins JYP in late 2017

    Hanyu, Zihao, Xin Long, Zeyu, Ming Rui and Shuyang release four singles as a project known as Boy story

    The Stray Kids reality show begins airing, with the Stray Kids lineup being Chan, Woojin, Minho, Changnin, Hyunjin, Jisung, Felix, Seungmin and Jeongin

    Daehwi and Woojin join produce 101 and debut in Wanna One with the song Energetic.

    Stray Kids release predebut single Hellevator

    Byeongkwan and Yuchan debut in A.C.E with the song Cactus

    Seungmin debuts in Golden Child with the song DamDaDi

    Yuto debuts in ONF with the song On and Off

2018

    Stray Kids officially debut with District 9

    Allen leaves JYP and joins Starship Entertainment

    Boy story officially debuts with Enough

2019

    Ravn debuts in Oneus with the song Valkyrie

    Woong, Daehwi, Woojin and Donghyun debut in AB6IX with the song Breathe

    Seobin joins Produce X but was later removed from the show and company due to scandal

2020

    Allen debuts in Cravity with the song Break All The Rules

    Boys Republic Sungjin, who debuted in 2013 with Party Rock

    D1CE’s Jinyoung, who left JYP in 2016 and debuted in 2019 with Wake Up

    Gidongdae’s Kiwon, who trained with GOT7 and debuted in 2020 with Party Like This

    Greatguys’ Baekgyeol, who debuted in 2017 with Last Men

    KNK’s Seoham, who joined JYP in 2013 and debuted in 2016 with Knock

    Luminous’ Steven, who joined JYP in 2017 and trained with Stray kids, he appeared on Produce X and he is debuting this year

    Victon’s Subin, who trained with Daehwi and debuted in 2016 with I’m Fine

    WEi’s Seokhwa, who participated as an independent trainee in Produce X and has debuted with Twilight

    Elvin Crew’s Woojoo who debuted in 2017 with Good Girl

    IM66’s Giseok and Taeeun who debuted in 2017 with Sad Story

    Rainz’ Kiwon, who trained with GOT7 and debuted in 2017 with Juliette

    Lee Midam auditioned at JYP, eventually moving to YG and finally making it onto Produce X in 2019

    Hwang Geum Ryul trained at JYP, eventually moving to Yuehua and appearing on Produce X in 2019
